Multi-cave collapse roadbed grouting treatment method
The invention discloses a multi-cave collapse roadbed grouting treatment method. The method comprises the following process steps: (1) a grouting area is lofted by a geological radar for determining the depth and the range of caves to determine the grouting depth and range; (2) the row distance and the hole distance of grouting holes are determined according to the designed diffusion radius of slurry; (3) grouting pipes are arranged for reinforced grouting; and when the geological radar is adopted to monitor the slurry diffusion range in the grouting process to reach the designed diffusion radius of the slurry, water glass is injected to quickly solidify the slurry; and (4) after the water glass is injected, clear water is immediately used for flushing the grouting pipes to prevent the blockage; and then, the grouting is continued. Multiple times of grouting are performed by the steps to hoist a pavement to an original level. In the grouting process, the method is lower in cost and simple in process, can effectively prevent the slurry waste in the grouting process, and improves the grouting effect.
