The invention discloses a one-way sand sticking cylinder deceleration strip with a disc type chassis. The one-way sand sticking cylinder deceleration strip comprises a deceleration panel, one end of the deceleration panel is connected with a rotating shaft fixed to the ground, and a spring is arranged at the bottom of the other end of the deceleration panel; and a stand sticking cylinder is arranged below the deceleration panel and comprises a connecting rod, the chassis and a sand pit; one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the deceleration panel, the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly provided with the chassis, and the chassis is located in the sand pit. According to conditions of actual vehicle loads and the like, the chassis structure in the sand sticking cylinder is adjusted, and the sinking resistance is changed until the deceleration strip meets the use requirement of the road segment. The deceleration strip has the practicability under the different traffic environments, and is simple in structure, wide in application range, easy to operate and easy to popularize.
