The invention provides a lifting type anti-collision advertising barrier gate which comprises a gravity balancing mechanism, a synchronous loop-closing movement mechanism, an anti-collision mechanism, a brake bar and a power mechanism, wherein the gravity balancing mechanism opens loops or closes loops in the synchronous loop-closing movement mechanism; the synchronous loop-closing movement mechanism is connected with the anti-collision mechanism; one side of the anti-collision mechanism is connected with the brake bar; the power mechanism drives the synchronous loop-closing movement mechanism to work forwards or reversely, so that the brake bar is driven to rise or fall; and after the brake bar reaches a preset position, the power mechanism stops working, so that the purpose of managing vehicle access is achieved by opening the gate or falling the gate.
