A drilling tool comprises a drill rod, a drill bit and mixing vanes. The drill bit is arranged at one end of the drill rod. The mixing vanes are arranged on the drill rod and comprise the bottom mixing vane, the middle mixing vane and the upper mixing vane which are sequentially arranged on the drill rod and used for guniting. The bottom mixing vane is arranged at the end close to the drill bit. The drilling tool has the beneficial effects that the mixing vanes are added in the drill bit, the structure is simple, mounting is convenient, the drill bit can work without replacing a power system, the frequency of cutting the soil mass is increased, it is guaranteed that the mixing frequency of any point of the mixing soil mass is increased by over 50%, mixing efficiency is improved greatly, and thus the piling quality of the mixing pile is improved; according to the distribution feature of all layers of vanes and the angle design between the vanes and the drill rod, the resistance generated when a pile head rotates to cut the soil mass is balanced, and more even mixing is achieved while the drill bit enters the soil mass conveniently.
