The invention relates to a foundation for a transformer substation in collapsible land. The foundation comprises an upper structure, a supporting anti-seepage layer, a side anti-seepage film layer and a reinforcing layer, wherein the supporting anti-seepage layer is located on the lower portion of the upper structure; the supporting anti-seepage layer comprises a first lime soil cover layer, a first anti-seepage film layer, a second lime soil cover layer, a second anti-seepage film layer and a supporting layer sequentially from top to bottom; the side anti-seepage film layer is arranged on the periphery of the supporting anti-seepage layer; the reinforcing layer is disposed on the periphery of the side anti-seepage film layer. A water channel is formed in the upper surface formed by the first lime soil cover layer and the reinforcing layer. By means of the scheme, the foundation for the transformer substation in the collapsible land can be prevented from sinking and being immersed in water.
