A self-cleaned decontaminating type toilet water collecting tank, which is composed of a water inlet pipe 1-1, a tank body 1-2, an overflow pipe 1-3, a sewer pipe 1-4, a siphon release device 1-5, a cover 1-6 and a middle water outlet pipe 1-7, is mainly used for achieving secondary utilization of clothes washing water, bath water, washing water and water from vegetable basins inside rooms of high-rise buildings, as well as rainwater and the like, and the water collecting tank is capable of saving 1/3-1/5 of water for home use in normal times; and the facility, as being widely applied, is expected to release the tension state of municipal water. The system is slightly higher than conventional systems in installation and investment; but after 3-5 years of service, the added investment can be recovered from funds of saving water. The system, by virtue of the function of multi-self-cleaned flushing, can keep clean and sanitary; the system is an essential household sanitation facility for modern cities; and the system, if being supported by related authorities of cities, has a boundless prospect.
