The invention discloses a wet joint connection method for a precast fair-faced concrete column. The wet joint connection method is characterized by including the steps: burying a base in a bottom plate in advance and completing casting; welding temporary bolt fixing devices onto a flange plate of the I-steel base, mounting the bottom end of the precast fair-faced concrete column on the base in an alignment manner, and temporarily fixing by the aid of the temporary bolt fixing devices; fixedly welding the bottom end of the fair-faced concrete column with the top end of the base, and removing the temporary bolt fixing devices. The wet joint connection method for the precast fair-faced concrete column has the advantages of simple connection structure, convenience in construction, high strength of connection joints and realization of high-precision mounting and positioning of the precast fair-faced concrete column on the bottom plate.
