The invention provides a paint coating device. The paint coating device comprises a first detecting unit, a second detecting unit, a flow control module and a sealing unit, wherein the first detecting unit and the second detecting unit are used for matching with the revolving speed of a detecting drum; at least one of the first detecting unit and the second detecting unit comprises electronic components; the flow control module adjusts flow of paint delivered to the drum according to the revolving speed of the drum; the detecting unit comprising the electronic elements is defined as a to-be-isolated detecting unit; and the sealing unit is used for sealing the to-be-isolated detecting unit so that the to-be-isolated detecting unit is isolated from cleaning fluid. Compared with the prior art, the paint coating device is used for carrying out waterproof treatment on the detecting unit which is combined by the electronic components and is close to the drum through the sealing unit, and a user can clean the drum conveniently.
