The vertical formwork bottom slurry leakage preventing and leveling integrated device comprises a bearing rack (1), a sealing strip (2), a height adjusting screw (3), a fixed nut (4) and an adjusting nut (5), wherein the bearing rack (1) comprises a bearing plate (11), a positioning plate (12) and a vertical plate (13); the bearing plate (11) supports vertical formworks (6); the vertical plate (13) is fixedly connected with the bearing plate (11) and the positioning plate (12); an inserting plate (14) is arranged on the bottom of the vertical plate (13); the sealing strip (2) is inserted in the inserting plate (14) through an inserting portion (22) and is sealed with the vertical plate (13); the fixed nut (4) is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the positioning plate (12); the height adjusting screw (3) penetrates in a screw hole of the positioning plate (12) and is connected with the fixed nut (4) in a matched mode; the adjusting nut (5) is connected with the height adjusting screw (3) so as to adjust the height of the height adjusting screw (3); the bottom of the height adjusting screw (3) is pressed against a concrete base (8); the bottom of the vertical plate (13) and the concrete base (8) are sealed through the sealing strip (2); blocking of bottoms of the vertical formworks is finished; and the bottoms of the vertical formworks (6) are parallel and level.
