The invention discloses an intelligent parking space limiting structure, comprising a lifting chain driven by a lifting drive mechanism of a lifting apparatus, a support fixed on a support on the upper portion of the lifting apparatus, and a limit switch. A striker rod is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the lifting chain. The support is provided with an elongated mounting hole. The limit switch is mounted in the elongated mounting hole and is electrically connected with the lifting drive mechanism of the lifting apparatus. When the striker rod ascends along with the lifting chain to an upper limit, a contact portion of the limit switch is stricken to control the lifting drive mechanism of the lifting apparatus to stop running, thereby achieving an upper limiting function and ensuring safety of using the lifting apparatus. The mounting steps are simplified, thus mounting efficiency is improved; the mounting hole being an elongated hole in the support enables convenience of mounting and adjusting, thus adjustability is high; parts processing procedures are decreased, thus processing cost is saved.
