The invention discloses a blade lock unlocking tool. The blade lock unlocking tool comprises a back plate and a billet connected together, wherein at least one surface of the billet is provided with a groove in the length direction; at least one poking rod penetrates through the back end of the billet; the front end of the poking rod is positioned in the groove; poking needles are arranged at the end parts of the poking rod; the back end of the poking rod is corresponding to the back plate; the left and right sides of the groove of the billet are flanges; the flanges comprise metal parts; the upper sides of the metal parts are fixedly connected with elastic parts; and the flanges are thicker than a lock hole of a blade lock to be unlocked. The invention further provides a blade lock unlocking method. The tool and the method can unlock the blade lock having the flanges, creates the technical blank, and has the originality.
