The invention discloses a turning type horizontal push-pull window which comprises a window outer frame and a window frame arranged in the outer frame, wherein an upper frame and a lower frame of the window frame are mounted in an upper slide groove and a lower slide groove which are opposite respectively and can slide left and right in the slide grooves, a rotating rod is arranged in the middles of the upper frame and the lower frame of the window frame respectively, one end of each rotating rod is fixedly connected with the frame of the window frame, the other ends of the rotating rods are arranged in grooves inside the window frame, and the rotating rods can move left and right along the window frame in the window outer frame along the grooves; rotating centers which allow the rotating rods to rotate are arranged in the middles of the upper frame and the lower frame of the window outer frame. By rotating the window frame, cleaning is not required on the outside when the outer surface of glass of the window frame is cleaned, the danger in the cleaning work is greatly reduced, particularly, the danger during outer wall glass cleaning is reduced greatly, the inversion structure is simple, the cost is low, and large area installation and use are facilitated.
