The invention relates to a dehumidification and waterlogging prevention system for a substation. The system includes a water accumulating tank arranged in a low position in the substation, a water level meter used for detecting a water level in the water accumulating tank, a water pump used for pumping water in the water accumulating tank out of the substation, a control terminal which generates a control signal according to the water level in the water accumulating tank which is detected by the water level meter, a controller which transmits the control signal to the water pump and feeds back a working state of the water pump to the control terminal, and dehumidifiers which are arranged in power transformation boxes and discharge moisture in the power transformer boxes to the water accumulating box after condensation. The dehumidification and waterlogging prevention system for the substation can effectively handle the problem of humidity inside the power transformation boxes and solve the problem of accumulated water in the substation, and can realize automatic control, thereby improving equipment reliability and safety, reducing equipment failure and economic loss brought by water accumulation of the substation or too high humidity of the power transformation boxes, and thus the system is of great significance to operation management of the substation and equipment therein.
