The invention discloses cement with inorganic admixtures. The cement with the inorganic admixtures comprises raw materials with percentage by weight: silicate cement clinkers 45-75%, inorganic admixtures 5-40% and gypsum powder 15-20%. The cement with the inorganic admixtures achieves resource recovery by being prepared by utilizing by-products which are processed through sludge. The cement with the inorganic admixtures has excellent liquid viscosity and adhesion property, can not downwardly flow and depress, is excellent in wettability and rapid in drying speed, and is excellent in weather resistance and thermal stability, high in bonding strength and low in cost.
