The invention discloses a liquid cement aid grinding reinforcing agent and a preparation method and application method thereof. The liquid cement aid grinding reinforcing agent is prepared from, by weight, 40-60 parts of triethanolamine, 0.1-5 parts of molasses, 1-10 parts of glycerinum, 0.1-5 parts of amphoteric polymers, 0.1-5 parts of sodium humate and 30-80 parts of water; PEO-b-PPO is adopted as the amphoteric polymers. According to the liquid cement aid grinding reinforcing agent, the early strength and later strength of cement which is added with the liquid cement aid grinding reinforcing agent after powder grinding is performed are both improved.
