The invention provides a waterproof interface agent seaweed powder comprising three materials of 50-55wt% of methyl cellulose, 44-49wt% of saturated fatty acid and 1wt% of an organic retarder which are well mixed. The invention also provides a waterproof interface agent seaweed paste which is prepared by uniformly mixing the waterproof interface agent seaweed powder and water in a weight ratio of 1:(80-120). Further, cement, sand and the waterproof interface agent seaweed paste in a weight ratio of 50:(50-75):40 can be well mixed with water, such that a waterproof interface agent mud paste can be obtained. A cement sand block/layer constructed with the waterproof interface agent mud paste has a good waterproofing property, and can prevent water from penetrating into buildings. Therefore, wall surface mildew occurrence can be effectively solved or retarded.
