The invention relates to a preparation method of a high compression-resistant water permeable brick, and belongs to the field of building material. According to the preparation method, broken stone aggregate and concrete are used for preparing a water permeable brick middle layer, polycarbonate pellets are used for preparing a connection layer, and an epoxy slurry is used for preparing a surface layer. When the external pressure is too large, pressure intensity of unit area is reduced via microporous force unloading, and compression resistance of the high compression-resistant water permeable brick is increased. The high compression-resistant water permeable brick is high in compression resistance; compression resistance is as high as 40MPa; wear resistance is 40mm; permeation coefficient is 6.5*10<-2>cm/s; the high compression-resistant water permeable brick is prepared from waste stone; cost is reduced; and the preparation method is green and friendly to the environment.
