Steel slag active powder concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses steel slag active powder concrete and a preparation method thereof. The steel slag active powder concrete is composed of following raw materials, by mass, 75-85 parts of cement, 24-28 parts of silica fume, 1-3 parts of steel fibers, 130-150 parts of steel slag, 0.4-0.8 parts of a water reducing agent and 8-20 parts of water. In the invention, steel slag is employed for replacing quartz sand to prepare the powder concrete, which can reduce the cost of the active powder concrete and also turns the steel slag from waste into resource. The steel slag active powder concrete is high in compression strength and flexural strength, is simple in preparation process and is low in cost, and can be use in sidewalks and cable trough cover plates.
