A high-water-proofing heat-insulation mortar is prepared from following raw materials, by weight, 300-340 parts of cement, 20-24 parts of magnesium oxide, 30-35 parts of diatomite powder, 50-55 parts of fly ash, 20-24 parts of polypropylene fibers, 10-12 parts of a polycarboxylate water reducer, 21-25 parts of gypsum powder, 5-8 parts of quartz sand powder, 3-5 parts of calcium lignosulphonate, 2-3 parts of a diffusion agent MF, 12-15 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 2-3 parts of tetrasodium EDTA, 2-3 parts of alum powder, 1-2 parts of sodium carbonate, 2-3 parts of calcium oxide, 5-8 parts of magnesium oxide, 10-16 parts of aluminum sulfate residue, 4-6 parts of modified nano carbon fiber and 600-650 parts of water. The heat-insulation mortar can be settled and hardened quickly, has a good waterproofing property, has a strong binding capability with a base material, is good in volume stability, generates micro-expansion in volume during settling and hardening, is free of cracking and swelling, is strong in water resistance, is anti-aging and has a long service life.
