The invention discloses an expansive type high-fluidity cement-base pavement slip-casting reinforcing material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises the following raw materials in percent by mass: 35%-45% of cement, 27%-35% of fly ash, 3%-6% of an early strength agent, 2%-4% of an expanding agent, 0.32%-0.7% of a water reducer, 0.3%-0.7% of fiber and 20%-25% of water. The slip-casting material is low in viscosity and good in fluidity, and is capable of entering into small and fine pores or a silty-fine sand layer. The slurry solidification time is adjustable at a certain scope and can be accurately controlled, and also the slurry is good in stability, and the basic properties of the slurry are not changed at normal temperature under normal pressure for relatively long time.
