The invention provides a lightweight concrete. The lightweight concrete comprises, by mass, 150 to 180 parts of water, 50 to 80 parts of cement, 300 to 350 parts of cobblestone, 120 to 180 parts of river sand, 0.3 to 0.5 part of a foaming agent, and 3 to 5 parts of an additive. The energy-saving environmental-friendly lightweight concrete is prepared via mixing cement with cobblestone, the conventional materials, and the additive.
