Cement mortar for filling freezing pipes and freezing pipe filling technology
The invention discloses a cement mortar for filling freezing pipes. The cement mortar comprises a calcium chloride water solution, cement, clay powder, and cellulose; wherein the weight ratio of the calcium chloride water solution to cement is 0.8-1:1, the added clay powder accounts for 1 to 3% of the weight of the cement, and the added cellulose accounts for 0.1 to 0.5% of the weight of the calcium chloride water solution. The invention also provides a freezing pipe filling technology adopting the provided cement mortar. The technology comprises the following steps: preparing for mortar filling, preparing cement mortar for filling freezing pipes, filling the cement mortar into freezing pipes, and recovering the liquid feeding pipes. The provided cement mortar has an anti-freezing property, the freezing point of the cement mortar can reach -30 to -40 DEG C; so the cement mortar can be filled into the freezing pipes in a negative temperature environment after the shaft freezing engineering is finished, thus the operation time can be saved, furthermore, the initial setting time of the cement mortar is proper, and the uniaxial compressive strength can reach 4.875 MPa after moulding.
