A fiber-reinforced inorganic insulation foam preparing method
The present invention discloses a fiber-reinforced inorganic insulation foam preparing method which is characterized by comprising the following steps: mesh-shaped glass fibers are added into mixed materials to be mixed, and the mixture is sintered to obtain fiber-reinforced inorganic insulation foam; wherein the mixed materials include sodium silicate aqueous solution. The preparing method is simple in operation, no waste is emitted in the preparation process, the sintering temperature is low, and the preparing method can save energy and reduce emission and is suitable for industrial production. The obtained fiber-reinforced inorganic insulation foam has relative high strength and durability, long service life, and also low thermal conductivity, low density, and high compressive strength.
