Ultralow dielectric constant microwave dielectric ceramic La4VBO10 and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a low temperature sinterable high quality factor temperature-stable ultralow dielectric constant microwave dielectric ceramic La4VBO10 and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: (1) weighing La2O3, V2O5 and B2O3 original powder with purity of over 99.9% (weight percentage) according to the composition of La4VBO10; (2) conducting wet ball milling mixing on the raw materials in step (1) for 12h, taking distilled water as the ball milling medium, performing drying, then carrying out presintering for 6h in 800DEG C air atmosphere; and (3) adding a binder into the powder prepared in step (2) and performing granulation, then conducting compression moulding, and finally performing sintering in 850-900DEG C air atmosphere for 4h. The binder is a polyvinyl alcohol solution with a mass concentration of 5%, and the adding amount of polyvinyl alcohol accounts for 3% of the total mass of the powder. The ceramic prepared by the method provided by the invention can be well sintered at 950DEG C, and has a dielectric constant of 15.6-16.3, a quality factor Qf value up to 10600-119000GHz, and small temperature coefficient of resonant frequency, thus having enormous application value in industry.
