Li2O-P2O5-B2O3-TiO2 ceramic flux and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a Li2O-P2O5-B2O3-TiO2 ceramic flux and a preparation method thereof. The flux is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of SiO2, 15-20 parts of Al2O3, 15-20 parts of B2O3, 10-15 parts of P2O5, 5-10 parts of TiO2, 3-7 parts of Li2O, and 15-20 parts of Cr2O3. The preparation method comprises: pre-burning the mixed material at 600-800 DEG C; melting the pre-burned powder at 1000-1280 DEG C, and quenching with water; after water quenching, performing grinding, fragmentation and sieving; crushing to form a glass powder; sieving, and drying the glass powder at 100-200 DEG C, so as to obtain the Li2O-P2O5-B2O3-TiO2 ceramic flux after fragmentation and sieving. The obtained flux is mixed with a ceramic binder for usage. According to the technical scheme, Li2O, P2O5, B2O3, Cr2O3 and other oxides are utilized and mutually act with the high-temperature ceramic binder, and thus the ceramic binder melting temperature is reduced, the sintering temperature demanded by a diamond ceramic grinding wheel is reduced, sintering temperature is reduced, and unnecessary damage to diamond abrasive during sintering is avoided.
