Ceramic-base 3D printing material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a ceramic-base 3D printing material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises the following compositions in parts by weight: 100 parts by weight of aluminium oxide powder, 3-20 parts by weight of an aluminium-oxide-powder processing agent, 100-500 parts by weight of a dispersing medium, 1-20 parts by weight of monocrystalline sapphire whisker, 1-20 parts by weight of a stabilizing agent, and 5-20 parts by weight of a light curing agent. After aluminium oxide ceramic is added with monocrystalline sapphire whisker, the product is substantially improved in bending elasticity modulus and tensile strength, and possesses multiple performances of high strength, resistance to high temperature, resistance to oxidation, resistance to corrosion and the like. The material is applicable to prepare high-strength high-toughness fine engineering ceramics, such as a nozzle of an ultrasonic airplane, a gasket of a rocket engine, and the like.
