The invention discloses foam concrete which contains a mineral admixture, a cementing material and a chemical addition agent. The mineral admixture is obtained by smashing building waste materials. The weight ratio of the cementing material to the mineral admixture is 100:200 to 100:250. The weight ratio of the cementing material to the chemical addition agent is 100:4.5 to 100:7.3. The foam concrete saves energy and is environmentally friendly and low in weight. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the foam concrete.
