Method for synthesizing high-temperature-resistant ZrC/SiC composite ceramic precursor
A method for synthesizing a high-temperature-resistant ZrC/SiC composite ceramic precursor comprises the following steps: (1) under the protection of inert atmosphere, dissolving zirconocene chloride in an organic solvent, mixing the solvent, adding an organo-lithium compound and a ligand compound, and obtaining an active component a; (2) under the protection of inert atmosphere, adding halogenated silane monomers into the active component the stirred active component a obtained through the step (1), undergoing a polymerization reaction to obtain a component b, adding a termination agent to terminate the reaction, performing filtration concentration, performing purification in a precipitation method, performing vacuum drying, and obtaining the high-temperature-resistant ZrC/SiC composite ceramic precursor. The method starts from the monomers, stepwise polymerization is performed, the product chain length is controllable, the uniformity is good, and ZrC/SiC composite ceramics high in purity and good in uniformity can be further prepared. A two-step method is simple and convenient, the reaction can be performed at normal pressure and temperature, the conditions are easy to control, raw materials are easy to get, and the method is suitable for large-scale production.
