When the steel rail guarantees the strength, the fracture toughness under -20 DEG C can reach above 35 MPa/m 0.5, and the tensile strength can be more than 1300 MPa; and the steel rail is excellent in toughness matchability, is excellent in rolling touch fatigue performance and wear resistance in the use process, and is suitable for railways in alpine regions.
