The invention discloses a novel embedded manganese fork core structure. A manganese fork core, parallelly-arranged steel rails, spacer iron and a high-strength bolt pair form an embedded combined frog, the manganese fork core is of an embedded block cast structure and is arranged between the two steel rails, assembly structures are arranged on two sides of the manganese fork core, the assembly structures of the manganese fork core and the steel rails are connected and fixed through the high-strength bolt pair arranged in the horizontal direction after being assembled, wing rails are arranged on the two sides of the manganese fork core, a core rail is arranged in the middle of the manganese fork core, the wing rails and the core rail are made of whole manganese steel, and the surfaces of the wing rails and the core rail are both subjected to explosive pre-hardening treatment. By means of the novel embedded manganese fork core structure, the structural strength and stability of the frog are effectively improved, vertical load transfer is kept, vertical mismatching between the manganese fork core and the steel rails on the two sides is reduced, and finally long service life of the assembled frog is achieved.
