Method for mounting pre-embedded bolts of large paper machine
Provided is a pre-embedding method for mounting foundation bolts of a large paper machine. The method includes the following steps that (1) false foundation plates are manufactured by rectangular-square pipes according to the sizes of foundation plates, holes are drilled in the rectangular-square pipes according to the positions of bolt holes of the foundation plates, and a supporting beam is positioned according to a general drawing for pre-embedding of the bolts and fixed to a floor; (2) calculation is carried out according to drawings, it is determined that data of H meet the height H1, and after the false foundation plates are fixed to the supporting beam, the pre-embedded bolts are mounted in foundation crossbeams of the paper machine; (3) the supporting beam and the false foundation plates are mounted according to the drawings; (4) the elevation of the upper surface of each bolt is made to meet design drawing requirements by adjusting an upper nut and a lower nut of the bolt, and the bolts are locked through the nuts; and (5) after the false foundation plates are dismounted, the foundation bolts are cleaned, rechecked and rectified.
