The invention discloses a construction method for suppressing dust by sprinkling collected rainwater to a construction site road. The method includes the steps of 1, mounting a drain ditch on a construction roof, and disposing cover panels on the drain ditch; 2, disposing a gravel filter layer and a filter mesh at the connection of the drain ditch and bellows, the bellows being connected with a settling tank, the settling tank being connected with a sterilizing tank through a gate valve, the sterilizing tank being connected with a storage tank through a gate valve and a steel pipe; 3, disposing a high-pressure water pump in the storage tank; 4, mounting a blow-down branch valve on a blow-down branch pipe, and mounting a blow-down main valve on a blow-down main pipe, the blow-down branch valve and the blow-down main valve being opened while sludge is discharged. The method has the advantages that resources are saved, the collected rainwater is used to suppress dust on the road, the use of a rotary nozzle atomizer decreases floating dust, regular blow-down of the blow-down branch valve prevents secondary pollution, and blow-down effect is enhanced by negative pressure blow-down of the blow-down main pipe.
