The invention provides an improved aluminum foil heat insulating plate enhancing a heat insulating effect. The improved aluminum foil heat insulating plate comprises an aluminum foil film, multiple upper side heat insulating cushion blocks arranged on the upper surface of the aluminum foil film, a low heat conducting sheet arranged on the lower surface of the aluminum foil film, lower side heat insulating cushion blocks arranged under the low heat conducting sheet, and transparent heat insulating plate bodies arranged outside the upper side heat insulating cushion blocks and the lower side heat insulating cushion blocks. The upper side heat insulating cushion blocks and the lower side heat insulating cushion blocks are the same in size and correspond in position. The low heat insulating sheet is the same as the lower side heat insulating cushion blocks in length and width. An air heat insulating layer is formed between the aluminum foil film and the transparent heat insulating plate bodies at the two sides of the aluminum foil film. As the aluminum foil film is arranged between the heat insulating plate bodies and will not make contact with the wall, the problem of heat conduction of the aluminum foil film is solved; the layering structure is adopted, the low heat conducting sheet is arranged between the aluminum foil film and the lower side heat insulating cushion blocks, and therefore the heat insulating effect is further improved.

An air heat insulating layer is formed between the aluminum foil film and the transparent heat insulating plate bodies at the two sides of the aluminum foil film. As the aluminum foil film is arranged between the heat insulating plate bodies and will not make contact with the wall, the problem of heat conduction of the aluminum foil film is solved; the layering structure is adopted, the low heat conducting sheet is arranged between the aluminum foil film and the lower side heat insulating cushion blocks, and therefore the heat insulating effect is further improved.
