The invention discloses a cold-bent thin-walled steel-keel combined shear wall with steel skin, comprising a cold-bent thin-walled steel-keel framework and wall panels on two sides of the keel framework. The wall panels on the same side of the cold-bent thin-walled steel-keel framework include at least two layers, the steel skin as high as the wall panels is fixedly clamped between the adjacent layers of wall panels. The wall panels, the steel skin and the cold-bent thin-walled steel-keel framework are interconnected through penetrating of tapping screws. By adding the layer of steel skin, lateral capacity and rigidity of the wall are improved; compared with existing walls, the wall is added with building panels, has significant improvement in thermal insulation, acoustic insulation and fire proofing and is free of cold bridge effect.
