The invention discloses an extension roof pipe for preventing rainwater leakage and a construction method thereof, and solves the technical problem, the most difficult to be solved, that rainwater is leaked along roof pipe and roof hole gaps in the roof water prevention. The extension roof pipe for preventing rainwater leakage comprises an upper pipe body, a water stop plate and a lower pipe body. The construction method of the extension roof pipe for preventing rainwater leakage comprises the steps of: 1) hole reservation; 2) arrangement of a coiled material waterproof layer; 3) arrangement of a polyurethane waterproof paint leveling bonding layer; 4) installation of the extension roof pipe for preventing rainwater leakage; 5) fixation of the extension roof pipe for preventing rainwater leakage; 6) arrangement of a polyurethane waterproof paint covering layer; 7) arrangement of a polymer cement mortar protection layer; and 8) fixation of the extension roof pipe for preventing rainwater leakage.
