The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly efficient engineering construction device. One side of the front of an outer casing is provided with a pin receiving hole, a reinforcing terrace is internally provided with a first screw eyelet which is internally provided with a trapezoidal reinforcing screw, the front end of the trapezoidal reinforcing screw is provided with a pin eyelet, and the device is thus characterized in that after the trapezoidal reinforcing screw drives an inner casing to move into the outer casing by a certain distance, the trapezoidal reinforcing screw is continuously screwed until a pin receiving hole (not indicated) in one side of the middle of the inner casing corresponds to the pin receiving hole in the front of the outer casing; at this moment, the pin eyelet in the front end of the reinforcing screw is exactly located in the center of the pin receiving hole of the inner casing and of the pin receiving hole of the outer casing, and the pin eyelet in the front end of the reinforcing screw thus allows a split pin to be firmly inserted directly into the pin eyelet in the front end of the reinforcing screw through the pin eyelet of the reinforcing screw and the pin receiving hole of the inner casing.
