The invention discloses a moving house used for excavating a garbage mountain and relates to the field of garbage treatment. The moving house comprises a frame, an inhalation pipeline and a spraying system, canopy cloth is arranged on the upper end face of the frame, the frame is provided with at least four supporting columns, a universal roller is arranged at the lower end of each supporting column in a matched manner, a two-dimensional guide rail mechanism is arranged below the frame, the inhalation pipeline is hung in the moving house through the two-dimensional guide rail mechanism in a manner of being capable of moving along the horizontal direction, and one end of the inhalation pipeline extends to space above a garbage excavating area while the other end of the same extends to be connected with an induced draft fan. The moving house has the advantages that the moving house is disposed on the garbage mountain and covers the excavating area, thereby playing a role of being sheltered from sun and rain. The inhalation pipeline can be moved through the two-dimensional guide rail mechanism to enable an inhalation end of the inhalation pipeline to be constantly positioned above the excavating area, and the inhalation pipeline can quickly discharge stink and dust; the spraying system is utilized to remove dust in the moving house.
