The invention relates to an intelligent door lock and a using method thereof. The intelligent door lock is designed to solve the technical problem that combination of existing like products and intelligent phones to easily control the door lock to be closed and opened is hard. The intelligent door lock comprises a base, a lock shell, a lock buckle and an electronic remote control key. An antenna, a gear assembly, an induction circuit, a battery box, a circuit board, a motor and a spring bolt are arranged in the base, and the spring bolt is arranged on one side of a spring bolt board. The intelligent door lock is characterized in that a sliding board of the spring bolt board is provided with sliding holes and gear edges, the gear edges of the spring bolt board are arranged on the sliding board of the spring bolt board, the sliding board is fixed to the base through screws and the sliding holes, and the sliding board is engaged with a main gear through the gear edges; the circuit board is provided with a bidirectional radio-frequency circuit, a rolling encoding and decoding circuit and a remote control circuit, an inductor of the induction circuit corresponds to a magnet core of a lock buckle hole site, the motor is connected with the main gear through the gear assembly, and the main gear is engaged with the gear edges of the spring bolt board; and the door lock is remotely opened by the intelligent phone through a network data processor and opened by the electronic remote control key in a close distance manner.
