The invention provides a fingerprint and password anti-theft lock which comprises a housing, a front handle, a front handle mandrel, a touch keyboard, a fingerprint recognition sensor, a lock core poking support, a lock case, a rear handle, a rear handle mandrel, an alarm and an intra-door mounting arrangement, wherein the lock core poking support is mounted in the housing; the front handle is connected with the lock core poking support via the front handle mandrel; the touch keyboard is mounted on the front surface of the front handle; the fingerprint recognition sensor is mounted on the side surface of the front handle; the rear handle is connected with the lock core poking support via the rear handle mandrel; the lock case is mounted below the lock core poking support; the intra-door mounting arrangement is mounted in the lock case; the alarm is mounted in the housing; a door can be opened by fingerprint recognition or input of an emergency password without a key; a mechanical opening mechanism is not left any longer outside the door by mounting the front handle in the door; and the lock automatically gives an alarm if a fingerprint entered by an undesirable person is inconsistent with a preset fingerprint or the undesirable person wants to break the lock.
