The invention belongs to the technical field of injurious insect prevention measures of doors. A manufacturing method of a termite preventing door comprises the steps of: (1) manufacturing of a stainless steel composite plate-(2) preparation of a termite killing core-(3) treatment of a solid wood plate-(4) installation of the stainless steel composite plate; in the step (1), a stainless steel net with a mesh diameter smaller than 1 mm is purchased; and the lower part of the stainless steel net is shorn by a pair of pliers, so that a passing area with a mesh diameter not smaller than 1 mm is formed in the lower part of the stainless steel net; and in the step (2), high-water-absorbent resin particles fully absorb 0.1% of chlorfluazuron baits to prepare termite killing resin particles. The manufacturing method firstly adopts the physical shielding, and guides termites to enter the termite killing core for chemical killing; the termite killing and dispelling can be finished without spraying killing agents in the whole process; the smell of solid-state termite killing resin particles is light; and the solid wood plate is spaced between the termite killing core and a room of residents, so that the health of the residents cannot be influenced.
