The invention discloses a personalized intelligent water closet control system, a control method thereof, and an intelligent water closet. The personalized intelligent water closet control system comprises a main controller of an intelligent water closet, and also an intelligent mobile terminal. The main controller is provided with a first wireless communication module, a storage module and a first human body feature acquisition module. The intelligent mobile terminal is provided with a control module and a second wireless communication module, the control module being used for setting personalized parameters. The intelligent mobile terminal sends read human body feature information and personalized parameters set by the control module of the intelligent mobile terminal to the storage module of the main controller, the information and the personalized parameters are stored by the storage module, and the human body feature information and the personalized parameters set by the control module are bound to each other one by one. The main controller identifies the acquired human body feature information, and takes the identified personalized parameters corresponding to the human body feature information as current function parameters of the intelligent water closet. When using the intelligent water closet, a user does not need to carry any unnecessary things, and the intelligent water closet can automatically function in a way that enables the user to be most comfortable. The intelligent water closet is quite convenient.
