Interface treating mortar used for autoclaved aerated concrete
The invention discloses an interface treating mortar used for autoclaved aerated concrete. The interface treating mortar is prepared from, by mass, 38% of cement, 7% of mineral powder, 28.8 to 40.3% of yellow sand, 13.5 to 25.0% of tailing sand, and 1.2% of an additive. The additive is composed of a modifier and a densifier; the modifier is one or a mixture of a plurality of ingredients selected from cellulose ether, an air entraining agent, and a water reducer. According to a preparation method, effective utilization of a large amount of tailing sand, residues discharged after mineral separation or smelting, and mineral powder composed of industrial waste is realized, so that cost is reduced greatly, green pollution-free composition proportion is achieved, and application amount of natural yellow sand is reduced, and adhesive properties and air content of the interface treating mortar are improved and increased because application of the modifier.
