The invention relates to a method for preparing an anti-radiation fireproof door core. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing 30-40 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 100-140 parts of water to prepare glue, putting the glue into a high-speed shearing machine, adding 5-10 parts of pored expanded perlite, 3-6 parts of aluminium-magnesium silicate, 3-5 parts of an organic silicon leveling agent, 10-15 parts of a kieselguhr-loaded nano TiO2 material, 5-6 parts of 400-mesh blanc fixe, 5-10 parts of modified nano-titanium dioxide, 5-10 parts of nano-zinc oxide, 70-95 parts of sulfate aluminum cement and 2-3 parts of alcohol-amine anti-rusting agent, shearing and stirring at a high speed of 6000-8000RPM for 5-10 minutes, moving into a high-speed stirring machine, adding 0.5-2 parts of a high-alumina cement foaming agent, stirring at a rotation speed of 1000-1500r/minute for 10-15 minutes, finally adding 20-30 parts of PVA short filaments, stirring at a rotation speed of 800-1000r/minute for 5-10 minutes, discharging into a mold, piling a wire basket of 10dm<3> in the mold in a square manner, leaving to stand in the mold to cure and mold, taking out, and drying till the water content is 12%, thereby obtaining the anti-radiation fireproof door core.
