Bamboo charcoal ceramic and preparation method thereof
Relating to the technical field of ceramics, the invention provides a bamboo charcoal ceramic able to remove peculiar smell, purify water and remove substances harmful to human body. The bamboo charcoal ceramic comprises the following raw materials by weight: 32-37 parts of Yunnan kaolin, 20-25 parts of Yixing boccaro soil, 4-7 parts of Dehua gao white clay, 2-5 parts of potash feldspar, 3-5 parts of Ruizhu activated carbon, 10-15 parts of Dehua quartzite, 15-18 parts of bamboo charcoal, and 4-6 parts of rutile. The Yunnan kaolin has an aluminum content of 37-41%, and the Yixing boccaro soil has an iron content of 0.15-0.3%. The invention also provides a preparation method of the bamboo charcoal ceramic. The method comprises the steps of: (1) raw bamboo firing; (2) material preparation; (3) ball milling; (4) squeezing dehydration; (5) mud refining; (6) blank making; and (7) firing.
