Using solid-state sintering method, nano-alumina, silicon rubber and sericite are taken as the main raw materials, methyl silicone oil, sodium stearate, talc, an organic binder, celestine, zirconium silicate, zinc oxide and titanium oxide are adopted as the auxiliary components, iron oxide, niobium oxide, manganese dioxide, a curing agent, chromium oxide and nickel oxide are employed as the additives to prepare the electric organic composite ceramic binding post with high compressive strength by solid phase sintering.
