The elastic-plastic minimum inflation well cement slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of oil well cement, 3-10 parts of high-temperature stabilizing agent, 0-50 parts of density modifier, 2-5 parts of fluid loss agents, 0.5-2 parts of dispersing agents, 0-3 parts of retarders, 35-110 parts of water, 0.2 part of defoaming agents, 0.5-2 parts of suspension stabilizing agents, 2-8 parts of elastic-plastic agents, 2-5 parts of expanding gents and 35-45 parts of silicon powder. The elastic-plastic minimum inflation well cement slurry provided by the invention can be used for increasing the rupture strength and impact toughness of the hardened cement paste.
