Embedded track system used in tunnel
The invention discloses an embedded track system used in a tunnel. The system comprises prefabricated integral track plates, steel rails and a convex base. The two sides at the top of each prefabricated integral track plate are each longitudinally provided with a rail support groove, other parts of the upper surfaces of the prefabricated integral track plates are planes, the steel rails are embedded and fixedly arranged in the rail support grooves, the portion between every two prefabricated integral track plates is provided with a drainage slit, the drainage slits are internally provided with vertical drainpipes for communicating with longitudinal drainpipes longitudinally arranged inside the prefabricated integral track plates, and the bottom portions of the prefabricated integral track plates are provided with a plurality of limiting grooves which are corresponding to a projection on the convex base and are installed on the projection. The system provided by the invention has the following technical advantages: the upper surfaces of the prefabricated integral track plates are basically planes so that passage of fire-fighting and rescue vehicles is facilitated; accumulated water can be conveniently drained; the steel rails are integrally embedded in the track plates, application of conventional buckle members is unnecessary, and the overall height of the track system is effectively reduced; and the vibration feature of the track system is improved, and the noise radiation value is reduced.
