Semi-assembly steel-concrete composite beam and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a semi-assembly steel-concrete composite beam and a construction method thereof. The construction method lies in that first I-shaped steel plate beams and second I-shaped steel plate beams are arranged at the bottoms of steel folding plate-concrete composition boards and perpendicular to the steel folding plate-concrete composition boards; L-shaped concrete cross beams are arranged at the outer side end parts of second steel folding plate-concrete composition board segments; T-shaped concrete cross beams are arranged at the connecting parts of first steel folding plate-concrete composition board segments and the second steel folding plate-concrete composition board segments. According to the semi-assembly steel-concrete composite beam and the construction method thereof, provided by the invention, components which are prefabricated in the factory have the advantages of being light in the self weight of the steel structure, low in the structure height, low in the concrete structure cost and high in the structure rigidity; the steel folding plate-concrete composition boards are prepared in a segmentation manner, the whole composition boards are divided into parts, the prefabricated parts are appropriate in size, convenient to transport, and suitable for field hoisting construction; when concrete is poured in place, the prefabricated steel folding plate-concrete composition boards play the function of templates, avoids the field template supporting process, and further reduces the labor and material cost.
