The invention discloses a prefabricated foundation device of a T-shaped single-upright advertising board steel pipe column base. The prefabricated foundation device comprises a crushed stone sand cushioning layer laid on a foundation, a plain concrete cushioning layer and a concrete foundation, wherein the plain concrete cushioning layer and the concrete foundation are sequentially poured on the crushed stone sand cushioning layer. A hollow cup body is arranged at the upper part of the concrete foundation, an annular hoop plate connected to the ground is arranged on the outer cup wall, a steel pipe column is vertically inserted into the cup body, radial flat steel is connected between the top of the annular hoop plate and the steel pipe column, and fine stone concrete fills the space below the flat steel, inside the annular hoop plate, above the cup body of the concrete foundation and outside the steel pipe column. According to the prefabricated foundation device, integral assembly type connection is adopted in the whole foundation, the integrality is good, the column base and the foundation do not need complex processes, there is no need to arrange lots of embedded parts, large hoisting equipment is not needed, and therefore steel is saved; the structure is simple, use is convenient, safe and reliable, and the practical application value is high.
