The invention discloses a high-voltage electric power tower anti-seismic base which comprises a tower body and an anti-seismic foundation, wherein a support frame is fixed on the outer side of the bottom of the tower body in a surrounding manner; the bottom end of the auxiliary tower body is inserted in the middle of the inner cavity of the anti-seismic foundation; an elastic shock absorber is embedded between the upper surface of the stretching part of a support plate and the top plate of the anti-seismic foundation; a pressure sensor is additionally arranged between the support plate and the bottom plate of the anti-seismic foundation; a GPS and a wireless launcher are arranged on two sides of the outer surface of the tower body respectively. Through adding the peviform support frame, the stability of the tower body is improved, and the anti-pressure ability is improved; the additionally arranged support plate and the elastic shock absorber enable the anti-seismic and anti-hitting capacity of the high-voltage electric power tower anti-seismic base to be enhanced; the additionally arranged pressure sensor and the GPS can monitor the inclination angle of the tower body in real time to prevent the an electric power tower from toppling over to cause an accident.
